[box]VII. Service Description [/box]

The AssignmentHOLE.com Site hires third party private contractors to provide service.
It provides a forum for customers to post questions on the website. Additionally in the future, they may be able to purchase tutorials upon the questions already posted by other users in the past. They may choose to receive the full tutorial or part thereof, as was chosen from the plentitude of options provided to the customer during the stage of adding the tutorial to the electronic cart.

AssignmentHOLE.com upon receiving an order (or sale) deploys a contractor (AssignmentHOLE specialised tutor) that we deem fit (or on a first come first served basis) to provide solutions/tutorials to the question asked. The website is a venue for informal discussion – and with an informational, or educational purpose. AssignmentHOLE.com does not agree to try to answer every question, it may choose to ignore or deny service to any customer for any reason. The private contractors provide tutorials/solutions to the questions posted, comments and content in posts. They are not employees or agents of the website.

The communication process happens between only the customer and AssignmentHOLE.com. In certain circumstances we may feel the need to and may allow for a direct communication between the tutor and the customer. AssignmentHOLE.com strives to provide the best tutorials it can source to its customers, by restricting the award of tutoring contracts only to advanced degree holders, reputed lecturers and professors. Besides we also offer the option to avail reduced and less costlier help for most questions, thereby enabling focus on certain areas of the assignment while neglecting the others – this also acts a measure to check students’ handing in the help they receive from our services as such – especially in proctored projects; this also enables us to prevent our tutors from violating their own copyrights.

However, AssignmentHOLE.com is not liable for any unintended discrepancies, mistakes, faults, omissions, or otherwise unsuitable content in any form or communication. AssignmentHOLE is also not able to check violations of its copyright policies and the copyrights and intellectual property rights of others – unless we are notified. We act very quickly in instances where there has been an alleged copyright violation – and it is brought to our notice – specially since we pride and market ourselves as one of the few genuine sources of original academic help. Please visit the Copyright Violation page found elsewhere on the website for details about proceeding with a report (please go here).

We also cannot confirm any or verify the veracity of the content provided to you by AssignmentHOLE.com, its guidance or advice. Therefore the usage of the tutorials, posts, advice in comments, messages, forums or emails is totally at your own risk, and your own discretion.

There is an expectation of payment from the customers to start the process of developing and receiving a tutorial. AssignmentHOLE.com strives to respond to every query, question or tutorial in the shortest possible time frame, however a delay in providing solutions may occur – and any loss or damage arising from such a delay or others is not a responsibility of AssignmentHOLE.com. AssignmentHOLE.com may refuse to answer any questions it finds is a part of a test or a quiz – and prohibits its users from posting such questions on its website. AssignmentHOLE.com may also refuse to answer any question whatsoever for any reason it deems fit – in such cases, if a payment has been made, guaranteed no outstanding debts on the account, all payments will be refunded partially/in full as is deemed fit by AssignmentHOLE.com.
AssignmentHOLE.com also reserves the right, but is not obligated, to refuse to post or to remove any content from its servers at its discretion.
Academic nature of the website: AssignmentHOLE.com is related to academic materials and caters to questions that have an academic context. You are strongly urged to contact the relevant emergency personnel in cases of emergencies and time sensitive nature of issues.

[box]XIV. Payments for services.[/box]

AssignmentHOLE.com offers users a choice between ‘PAYPAL’ and ‘Google Checkout’ for payment in lieu of its services. Therefore we do not collect or solicit credit card information of any of our users.
This is how the process of ordering works on the website, and applies to orders of all kinds:
1.
i) Choose the kind of help you need and specify a dollar amount they would like to offer for the solution and a deadline.
ii) Once the question is submitted, AssignmentHOLE.com reviews the question and the amount offered, along with the deadline.
iii) In case the amount is not significant enough as compared to the resources the question requires, the amount required in dollars is raised to an acceptable figure by AssignmentHOLE.com, and the user is prompted to the new offer through email. In case the deadline cannot be met the deadline will be postponed to a later date and time. We may or may not be able to communicate such changes upon deadlines with the user – because of changing workloads – and you accept this condition as is. You should not post a question at all if you need the solution within a certain time frame since we cannot guarantee as to when a solution will be provided. We try our best at all times though.

iv) If the user decides to accept the higher price offer, he would have to complete the transaction using the invoice (or a payment button) sent through email, through PAYPAL or Google Checkout for work to start on the solution.

v) The user will be provided with solutions over email as a download link to click on, valid for after the deadline set for the question by AssignmentHOLE.com, or attached with the email sent to the user.
vi) The user (or the customer) may request a revision of the work handed to him. A request for revision, if granted, is usually completed in ten business days or less. A user does not have a right to a revision of the solutions submitted to him.
vii) A user does not have a right to a refund of the money once paid for an order once placed since the company has to imminently place a tutor(s) on retainer for processing. Requests for refunds are still entertained at [email protected], with valid reasons. The question must also be referenced, and any needed information must be provided with the email.
viii) A user may ask as many questions as he desires.
ix) AssignmentHOLE.com may reject any question for any or no reason.

[box]XV. Refunds [/box]

i) A user does not have a right to a refund of the money once paid for the solutions submitted to him. Requests for refunds are still entertained at [email protected], with valid reasons. The question must also be referenced, and any needed information must be provided with the email.
ii) Customers enrolled in the “Get an Ox” scheme are entitled to a refund of any money that has not yet been utilized for making tutorials. Money paid and utilized for tutorials already made and tutorials being made are not refunded under any circumstances.
iii) From time to time, AssignmentHOLE.com may introduce promotional offers and incentive programs – including credit toward answers on the website. We resesrve the right to entirely customize packages of this nature – to direct it toward a certain user, or users, keeping them limited, at our sole discretion. Any credits thus awarded still remain AssignmentHOLE.com’s property and no one else’s; these cannot be refunded, and can expire at any time as decided by the management at AssignmentHOLE.com, without any prior notice of any sort.

We started AssignmentHOLE.com to give students an alternative to the numerous (in the thousands) assignment markets that you can find on the internet today. Their apparent aim is to primarily make a profit selling probably what they bought off the internet.

We, at AssignmentHOLE, place a strong emphasis upon keeping the tutor fellowship restricted to graduate students (including teachers, lecturers and professors) – with a high specialization in the field they tutor or provide solutions (usually a Master’s and atleast a Bachelor’d degree). We are also one of the most internally observed and quality controlled sources – taking pride in being one of the few genuine sources of quality tutorials today.

One of the ways we ensure this in principle is offering students the option to receive only limited help. Students may choose to receive between ‘Basic help’ or ‘Advanced Help’ – instead of going for the MUCH costlier ‘Complete Tutorial’ option, and specify what aspect of the tutorial they need the help to be focussed upon – and pay accordingly. This enables us to ensure students do not abuse the services we provide and submit what they buy from us toward a proctored project, besides reducing the chances of our own tutors violating their own copyrights.

Additionally all our tutors – must be part to a binding legal contract to only submit works that respect copyrights and intellectual property rights of others.

In keeping with the spirit, sense and purpose of the website, and as a testimony to the quality of service we strive to maintain – AssignmentHOLE.com will forever maintain a standing cash award of US $50.00 to any person who can prove a violation of their genuine intellectual property rights while following the procedures mentioned in this document – and as determined by the management at AssignmentHOLE.

Additionally, please understand that:

1). AssignmentHOLE.com is a content provider that transmits or stores user content automatically generated by the two classes of it’s users: tutors and students, as defined under the Section 512 (c) of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act of 1998.

2). AssignmentHOLE.com is always alert toward notices of instances of copyright abuses on its system. Whenever there is a complaint or a suspicion, an investigation is triggered. The outcome may result in removal of such material and/or action against the abuser as deemed necessary and upon legal counsel.
